Testimonials
Rated 4.95 of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Luke Harradine, NSW
Looks tough. Rides even tougher.
Everyone comments on it. But the real surprise is how smooth and confident it feels even off-road. Hills, loose gravel, footpaths - it just eats it up. Zero regrets.
Tom Calder, VIC
Feels more like a machine than a bike
This thing is seriously fun. Powerful without being sketchy, comfortable for longer rides and built like it can take a beating. If you want something different from the usual city e-bike this is it.
Jessica Walsh, WA
So Good
Didn’t expect it to be this good tbh.
Daniel Russel, QLD
Straight out of the box, it just made sense.
Assembly was easy, everything felt well thought out, and the ride quality surprised me in a good way. It’s fun without feeling gimmicky.
Chris Bennett, SA
Actually Use It Every Day
Bought it for weekend rides but ended up using it every day. Comfortable, reliable and just makes riding fun again.
Jase McAllister, QLD
Didn’t expect it to feel this solid.
I’ve ridden a lot of e-bikes and this one feels built not toy-ish. The fat tyres soak up crap roads and sand easily, and it just feels planted. It’s the bike I grab when I actually want to ride, not just commute.
Liam O’Connor, WA
Turns Heads Everywhere
First e-bike and couldn’t be happier. Easy to ride, heaps of power and just looks sick. Get stopped all the time asking about it.
Ryan Wallace, VIC
No Hidden Extras
What sold me was not having to spend extra on accessories. It all comes standard. Feels way more premium than what I paid.
Sarah McKenzie, NSW
Handles Sand Like a Dream
I use it for beach runs and quick trips around town - handles sand way better than I expected. Super comfortable and solid build.
Zoe Martin, QLD
No Issues
Had it a few weeks now, no issues.

Got questions? We’ve got you covered.
Whether you’re choosing the right bike, need help after purchase or just want to know how things work, our team is here to help. Check the FAQs below or reach out anytime.

How fast do Fat Bandit bikes go?
Pedal assist is limited to 25km/h. For off-road or private property use, some models can be modified and configured with a throttle and higher speed settings. Always ride responsibly and in accordance with local laws. However this would deem the bike not street legal.
Are Fat Bandit bikes road legal in Australia?
Fat Bandit bikes are supplied in line with Australian EN15194 e-bike standards. Local regulations can vary by state, so we recommend checking your local rules regarding e-bike use, speed limits and where you can ride.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range depends on rider weight, terrain, assist level, and riding style. As a general guide, most Fat Bandit bikes offer a comfortable average of 80km per charge under typical conditions.
How long does the battery take to charge?
Charging usually takes 8–10 hours from empty using our standard supplied charger.
Can I remove the battery?
Yes. Fat Bandit bikes feature removable batteries, making charging easy whether the bike is stored indoors or in a garage.
Do the bikes arrive assembled?
Bikes arrive partially assembled. Final setup typically includes handlebars, pedals, lights, mud guards, front wheel and basic adjustments. A local bike shop can assist if needed.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All Fat Bandit electric bikes are backed by a 12-month comprehensive warranty covering virtually all components including the frame, motor, battery and electrical components.
Do you offer spare parts and support?
Yes. We stock genuine replacement parts online and others by request and provide ongoing support through our dealer network and customer service team.
Can I ride in the rain?
Fat Bandit bikes are built for real-world riding, including wet conditions no problem. However, they are not fully waterproof and prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion should be avoided.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We offer Australia-wide shipping, with free shipping on orders over $100 to most metro and semi-rural areas.
Who do I contact if I need help?
